I had a great birthday – thanks everyone for the birthday e-mails and cards! Here are a few highlights ….. just a few!
Catherine left an AUTUMN CELEBRATION on my front porch on my birthday eve – what a surprise! It made me feel so happy and festive! Also – note the apple gourd that Catherine gave me LAST YEAR. I successfully dried it and added shellac…..I love it. THANKS CATHERINE!

The Epps family gave me a YUMMY YANKEE CANDLE and some wonderful jalapeno slices to go…….OH BOY – that brought tears to my eyes!!! I just love HOT THINGS – the hotter the better, and if they are hot enough to bring on the tears then I am a happy camper!

Speaking of being a happy camper – we took off for a weekend of camping in VA BEACH! On the way I called my daddy and he played happy birthday to me on the organ – what a happy sound!!!!
For my birthday I had a chicken hot dog – burned to perfection…….and my favorite birthday cake – CARROT CAKE! It was so yummy eaten by the campfire!
