Quilter’s Corner Sit And Stitch April 3, 2009

Friday we had fun Sittin’ and Stitchin’ at Quilter’s Corner in Midlothian, VA. Actually it was a party. Marla brought an Easter basket of goodies and Shirley was celebrating her 76th birthday – so she brought a HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME cake. When there is another Shirley in the house, I become SAO. 🙂
A good time was had by all – check out the pictures. Make note of the new SKINNY SHEDDY – and we celebrated the finishing of Marla’s THYME TO WATER QUILT – just in time to be in the UFO parade. I don’t think I have ever heard so many ooohs and aaaahs over a quilt. Sara did a FANTASTIC JOB – and if you are reading this Sara, feel very proud because we are all EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with your quilting!!!
