Clue 5 On Ringo Lake and Christmas On Ringo Lake

We are getting close to a big reveal of this year’s Quiltville Mystery On Ringo Lake and my second one Christmas On Ringo Lake – but for now here are my two batches of flying geese AKA know as clue 5.  Here is my start up – lots of cutting and more to come!

And here we go – all made – browns with neutral wings. On Ringo Lake will soon become a quilt!

There is a certain satisfaction and sense of amazement to look at to tubs of PIECES and know that they will soon somehow unit to make one of Bonnie K Hunter’s famous Quiltville Mystery Quilts.

While I was waiting for Clue  5 to be revealed, I made the back for the On Ringo Lake Quilt – it is 4 1/2 strips of browns and aqua/teals.  I love scrappy backs.
