Step 5 Bonnie Hunter’s Carolina Christmas Mystery

Posted By on December 8, 2009

I finished Step 4  today and put my first Step 5 blocks together.  I am really loving this quilt and can’t wait to see how we put all of these blocks together…..here are the two blocks – and I REALLY LOVE THEM.   Bonnie always designs great scrappy quilts and it is fun seeing all of the pieces from other quilts that I have made come together with a NEW LIFE in a Bonnie Mystery!

Funny, I have gathered fabrics for Anne’s mystery too because they are always such a breeze after working a Bonnie mystery :0).
Happy sewing, see you at the finish line of Carolina Christmas :0)

Thanks for your note in response to my post about the QOValor quilt. I’ve made one previously (see blog) and it’s ready to go also.

BTW, guess WHO has a class scheduled in January to finally meet Ms. Bonnie Hunter of Quiltville.com? ME, ME, after about 8 years of making her qiults and following her blog, etc. The location is Casper Wyoming, so I’m guessing it may be COLD but …

I’ll be back to visit your site later. You have a LOT to drool over. 8-))
