Patchwork Times UFO Challenge #4 for April 2011

Posted By on April 30, 2011

My UFO Challenge Quilt #4 on the Patchwork Times list is an  Eleanor Burns pattern that I called Eleanor Burns Strippy Scrappy Quilt#3.   (This is her pattern where you make 3 quilts out of one jelly roll….pretty cool.)

The top is finished and it is with one of my long arm quilters as we speak!   When the top is finished, it feels pretty much finished to me.

I can’t wait to see what number on our UFO LIST that we are going to do for May!

Love this little quilt with the wonderful Spring colors. Will have to find more about this pattern. Like you, once I complete the piecing I consider it done because it is sent to the quilter and goes on her list. LoL Judy C sends best wishes.

Iam so interested in this pattern as I am the chairperson in our Quilt Guild and supply Hospice and a Kidney Dialysis with scrappy quilts. I usually use the method of various with of strips pieced on a diagonal foundation but I am looking for a new pattern using 2 1/2″ strips and saw this and would like to know how the block is made. Can you please help?
    Thank you,
    Debbie Van Kleef
