Richmond Modern Quilt Guild Meeting September 16, 2011

Posted By on September 16, 2011

The Richmond Modern Quilt Guild met tonight  in Midlothian, VA  and I can’t even find words to describe the creativity that I observed during SHOW AND TELL…..really amazing.  I am SO OUT OF MY LEAGUE with this group – I enjoy it, but I will never share anything that I have done…..LOL.

We also had three demonstrations/presentations of methods to dye fabric…..I just might have to get into this……the fabrics are just glorious!  Tiffany, Catherine and Cheryl all shared their techniques for creating unique fabric/and or t-shirts!

I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed BEING THERE!!!!

Love seeing all of your pictures – I can certainly understand feeling out of your element. What a buch of talented ladies. I have been involved with my embroidery – check out blog – and still not making star quilts but venturing more into modern-looking quilts and love working on them Your spider blocks are looking good..
