Making Pillowcases For Cancer Patients at Quilter’s Corner

Several of us had a great time making pillowcases for cancer patients at Quilter’s Corner on Sunday. I may have brought on a bit of bad luck though – after I arrived I saw at least 3 people borrowing the same ripper that I borrowed from Susan. Oh well, it all ended well!!!

I thought the quilt shop looked great with all of the new goodies and decor – I have been away too long – it was just like CHRISTMAS (literally) to be there. Don’t miss TOUR DE QUILT at Quilter’s Corner this year – there is going to lots of fun in store!!!

I was flitting around taking pictures of the pillow cases – and then the shop – so hope you don’t get dizzy looking! 🙂 It was lots of fun. We got to put our names into a drawing for prizes too – one time for just showing up and another one if we stayed to sew!
